Pick 'n Pay
Discrimination/ Bad Service in Town

Shops, Products, Services

Yesterday i went to Pick n Pay in Southgate, bought two active omo 2kg on special for R33.99 and 3 sunlight bars. Later around 18:00 in the afternoon i realised that i want to exchange the sunlight bars for the 2kg omo. I went to Diepkloof complex to exchange and enquire at the security by the name of Zandile, she said they don't have enough stock so the cant sell to me at the price i bought for R33.99 I should buy at a normal price of R52.00. i asked why should i loose because i feel that Pick N Pay is only one store, meaning they don't work the same. She called the manager Isaac Moalusi he said they cant help me because i never bought soap from them and they don't have enough stock, of which i feel its not my problem Isaac has to make sure he has enough stock and its his work to do that. I feel if i went to Rosebank mall or Norwood i would not have struggled, i would have got what i was looking for. The Retail shops in the Township they offer us bad customer service because of our colour of the skin or it might be because most of us we don't know our rights as consumers. Isaac refused to give me the reign check as the special was ending on the 25/11/13.
