No OMO on Sunlight special

My mother went to your Diepkloof Square branch and made a purchase of Sunlight soap hoping to get the free OMO but to her surprise she was told to write her name down on a list since there is no stock. she was willing to do that but the supervisors that were called out by the cashier were all reluctant to fetch the "list'. until my mom decided that it was ok she will just leave as her time was getting wasted. why do you have specials when you do not have stock? serious poor customer service! everyone there should go back to training!
