Rotten Chicken sold

I purchased a 2 kg chicken from Pick and Pay Newcastle Scott Street last month, it was stinking when i took it out to cook, i refused to take it back to the shop cause it always goes back to the freezers for re-selling, again last week i bought chicken, yesterday the chicken is stinking time to cook, when will this stop cause it seems as no health department goes and checks there, managers do not worry about the health of the customers, one Sunday we walked into Pick and Pay and it was stinking due to the freezer failing what happened to the chicken was it re-sold i want to know from the manager and i want Pick and Pay to advise when will their freezers being replaced, this is a health risk and i am going to complain to the Health department about this as if they are selling rotten chicken to public then please close the company down..

Please i do not want the company to contact me i want the Health Department to come out and check this out cause this is dangerous for all our Health, if this is happening to the chicken i don't want to know about the fish, how can a manager still be working here, pathetic... disgusting
