I posted a previous complaint about staff giving me the wrong products. I did not expect a response or a refund and also stated this in my complaint. This was just to make the store aware of the problem with staff not knowing and understanding products. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by one of the managers. I was travelling for business and not readily available. He left messages and continued to phone until he got hold of me. And then offered to replace the product. Thanx Game excellent customer services. Many companies can learn from you! And I for one will continue to shop with you!
