What happened to good service

I'm really disappointed in the way some of your managers treat people. Mary one of your managers has a bad attitude, she does not know how to talk to people properly especially those who come in and do work in the store, she treats them like low class citizens, its giving your store a bad name I must say. Something needs to be done its not acceptable to act that way, especially when other people can hear what's going on.
