Disappointing product

I've been buying the Golden Cloud Vanilla Muffin mix 1kg for the last 3 years, but I've been terribly disappointed with the last 3 products I've bought (I have photos to proof) Its lumpy and sticks together and the expiry date is only next year! I've complained via e-mail to the company and so far, NO reply.
