I've been waiting for my order since 14th Nov

I've been waiting for my order since the 14th of November. The status on the order has been showing as Shipped. I even enquired the contact centre and to have Curt Desplaces informing that the reason there was an intial delay was because all orders above R1000 are first confirmed. Now that was 14 November and today, 5 days later no word or update from you people as to what's happening with my order. You already said it was on the way to the store, 5 days ago.
