Unpleasant shopping experience!

On Sat, 16/11/13 I went to your Southgate store. Firstly I stood around at the shoe department for about 20mins there was no one in attendance, eventually a gent sauntered up the stairs, I asked where the Store Manager was and he said "off duty today"! There was one teller on duty and a queue a mile long! Then another lady eventually came to help and I asked how come there was no Manager on duty and she said she was the manager, her name was Martha, obviously the gent at the shoe dept was not even aware that she was the Manager!! I said she should inform him!! I told her that the service was disgusting and how can they have one teller on a Sat and she was not at all apologetic just said "we doing what we can". To add "salt to the wound" I stood at the jewellery counter for ages and no one attended to me, I turned around to look at some jewellery on the stands and with that a lady went up to the jewellery counter and someone attended to her and she took the pendant that I wanted! If there was an attendant when I went there I would have got what I wanted!!! Please do something about your staffing at the store and put some pleasant people on duty!!! I left rather flustered!!!
