Bad Customer Service for retail shops in Township

On the 18/11/2013 at 18:00 I went to a spar in Ivory Park Tembisa, one of the irritating thing when you walk through is security guards who keep check till slips of everyone who but walks out, I find this very strange because I sometime go to spar in Midrand this is not there. It's only township shops which turns to come with this discriminative system because most of the buyers are treated as criminals. It's so said to be still thinking this way in our 20 years of democracy.
I also receive bad treatment after complaining about bad service, The queues were long as usual and the cashier allowed her friends to go through the queue and pay without waiting. I said to the cashier this was "rubbish" and requested to see the supervisor initially she said "the supervisor is not here" I went to the next cashier and they called her. I told the supervisor and still explained to her this was "rubbish" the cahier started throwing tantrums to intimidate and she refused to help me. I took my bank card and left.
I will want to advise that, spars in Townships are still treating people of colour like to past and it's really disappointing to support retailers like this one.
