My wedding dress is not ready for final fitting as agreed for (by Tuesday 19th Nov). I required the final fitting early this week so that if any changes were needed we could spend the rest of the week on them, so that I could collect before fly to George on Sunday 24th Nov.

I have had numerous issues in this store in general. I have found the sales people to be great before they make the sale, but after sales is shockingly bad. I have found them to be grossly dishonest in setting expectations they can meet. There have been mistakes on the sizing of the dress and an inability to take accountability for their mistakes.

I expected a call from the sales person on Friday to confirm time of the appointment on Tuesday. This was neglected to be done. This morning I called to find out what time we will meet tomorrow and I was alerted today and tomorrow is her day off. I asked to speak to the manager - apparently Helen is the manager and the store is now operating without a manager on the floor.

Advice to all newly engaged brides - do not buy from #Eurobride in Grosvenor Shopping Centre, Cnr William Nicol and Main Rd. Furthermore, having a seamstress on site is critical, not option.
