BAD BAD BAD SERVICE and NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

Pick 'n Pay Wonderpark - what a nightmare!!! You go there with the intention of buying a few things and you spend 30 mins to 45 mins in queues. There are more than 10 (if not 15) tills but only 5 would be operational, even when its peak time. The staff is slow even when they see the queues are long - they take their time, probably thinking if they are quick enough, they might ruin they badly applied make up.

Woolworths staff greats you and asks you if you require a plastic bag. They scan your items and immediately packs it for you - and this takes less than 5 mins. Pick 'n Pay staff don't even bother to greet you, even though their till screen instructs them to. Forget about them asking you for a bag - and when you do, they do not even help you pack the bags, they will tell you that its not their job.

Wonderpark Pick 'n Pay management is ridiculous - the Ackermans must really intervene as this service is damaging their image!!! 1
