Butchery manager keeps his cool

I joined the queue for service in the butchery department on Thursday evening and have to comment on the brilliant attitude displayed by Mr Obvious (yes it's his real name) as manager of the butchery department. A young chap in his early 30s mistook the price of one brand of wors for another. He was not happy with the 'fair' price. He asked to speak to the manager to report that he saw Grabouw Wors advertised for R49 and that he wants it now. The manager arrived and calmly explained to him the difference between the sausage varieties and tried to help. Instead of gratitude, the chap just ranted about wanting Grabouw wors at nothing more than R45 pkg. The manager realised that he was not getting through to the thug-head customer and relented by giving in to his request. He kept calm and genuinely tried to help the money obsessed customer. It was just such a sad-for-humanity moment when the customer turned and walked off without offering an ounce of gratitude. I imagine that managers like Mr Obvious have to deal with thug-heads like this all day long and deserve my appreciation. Good job mate!
