Customer orders!!!

Hi there

A while back I had a black jacket ordered by Ackermans Tygervalley from another branch and I am still waiting for it, summer is here already but still no leather jacket!
I used to work in Tygervalley and went in to the store about three times to check if my jacket has arrived yet, there was no manager for me to speak to so I settled to speak to the consultant in the specific department, she just told me the guy that helped me with the jacket no longer works there and that he didn't write it in a book and that there was nothing she could do about it but wait and see if it does come in.
She took my details on a piece of paper after I told her to rather get the book and write it in there and I'm still waiting for her to get back to me.

The guy that used to work there and helped me had my phone number on his phone and added me on whats app a week ago, and told me that he never got around to ordering the jacket because he lost the paper he wrote my details on!!!
What is that??? they are supposed to know to write it in a book that they can refer back to, but still blatently refuse to do so even after I asked them to, sick of service!!!
