Genesis vacum cleane

I bought a brand new genesis vacuum cleaner at verimark at game in secunda. I is not even 3 months old and the pipe came lose. so I took it back to game. they would not give me a new one or my money back. they told met I have to buy a new pipe. so after some fighting they replaced my pipe for free but told me next time I have to buy a new pipe. I mean its still under 3 mounths guarantee and the advertise with the quote ' money back'. I am not happy at all with they way they treated me and would like my money back. I am not happy at all and I am going to take the case further. its brand new I look very well after my stuff and that's the attitude I get for going after my rights. I will never in my life buy anything from them again if this doesn't get handeld like it should. when I bought it the sales man promise me I will get my money back if anything would go wrong with in the 3 months period.
