Atrocious Service from FLM Rustenburg!!

I went to Food Lovers Market in Rustenburg over the weekend and experienced the worst service ever from Cafe staff. I often go to other outlets and have never had a bad service experience. The level of apathy and plain rudeness towards customers was out of this world. Nobody bothered to serve us when I walked in with my wife. Eventually, we went to the buffet. Before then, we had to stand around waiting for a plate. It took a very causal and chatty lady more than 5mins to fetch a plate. Once we collected our food, we sat down and eventually had to go asking for cutlery, and fetch our own drinks. No drinks orders were taken. The staff looked like they would rather be elsewhere. Even a complaint with one looked like a Supervisor was met with very little interest. Never going there again!!
