I want my R14000 now

I bought a lounge suit in kemptonpark bradlaws in September 2013, they never delivered the couch because I had to pay an outstanding R50 on the deposit I had taken out of R14 000, so I paid the deposit on the 25th Sept, and they still did not deliver saying I have to come and sign some other forms, I went back and signed those forms, and they delivered the couches a few days after that. Only to discover that the lounge suit is not in good condition, so I went back and spoke to Thabiso he gave me a bad attitude telling me that he never said I must purchase an expenseve lounge suit and that I must leave and he will send someone to come collect it later that say, but he only did that the next day after I had actually called the head office and spoke to a lady by the name of Janivive, she settled that matter and said I must look for another loungue suite and if I dnt find it I will get back my deposit of R14000. I decided to cancel the whole deal, and that is now a month back since I signed the cancelation forms from their finamce lady named Clary not too sure of the name. I still have not received my R14000. And no loungue suit.
