Worm infested snap peas

I bought 4 packets of snap peas for a salad. We were having a large amount of guests over fro dinner. We found that all 4 packets were infested with worms, and we had to throw away the large salads we had made, which was very embarrassing. I sent through a complaint last Tuesday and still HAVE NOT received even a phone call. You guys are dropping the ball. I now want all the contents of the salads replaced as we had to throw them all away!!!
