Order a bed and then be told "IT"S BEEN LOST"!!!

Ordered a bed and mattress to the order of over R15K.

Initially contacted to be told bfd would delivered and on the same day contcted to be told that the bed was defect and therefore would have to be imported from overseas.

Agreed an in the interim upgraded the mattress which would also take 2 weeks to be manufactured.

OK

Now I am asking where the bed is as I have family coming and all I can be told is that the suppliers say "IT HAS BEEN LOST". I have asked for the floor/shop bed.

The company FOSCHINI Group has been trying to take money from me for the last 3 months, where I have nothing to pay for. Nothing at all!

I hope that somehow they will sort this out before I cancel my account with them and advise other users of their incorrect businesss ethics.

PS I have spent many hours of my personal time trying to resolve this, but have had no joy whatsoever. Emails, phone calls, store visits.

DO THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT TO HAVE CUSTOMERS???
