The tracing agent has failed me

On 21 August 2013 I ask Svosve Trading CC the tracing agent to trace somebody for me. The tracing agent representative (Ms Thatyiswa Ndimande) agreed to assist me with that. She told me that I must pay R120 as the administration fee and if the tracing is successful I will pay R480 to get new residential address of the person I am looking for. On 21 August 2013 I pay R120 as she said. On 23 August 2013 she told me that she got new residential address for that person so I must pay R480 to get that address. On 23 August 2013 I did pay R480. On 23 August 2013 after payment she emails me the report as well as invoice. On 26 August 2013 I went to small claim court to amend warrant of execution against property to insert new address and I post it to the Department of Sheriff in Johannesburg Gauteng. On 26 September 2013 Sheriff Sipho Mlothswa reported that the person is unknown from the address the owner is Ms Babalwa Ndlovu. I got the report from the department of sheriff via post on 15 October 2013. On 16 October 2013 I email the report to Svosve Trading CC tracing agent.
