Have never belonged to the Health & Racquet Clu

I have been threatened that a warrant of execution by the sheriff of the court for Failing to pay the account which now amounts to R7488 this was sent to me via sms on the 29 September 2013 (I received a email on the 29 August 2013 for R8003??). I explained that I have never been a member of the health and racquets club, and when I asked where the club was situated, the answer was I do not know as this account was handed over to them in 2001!!! The first time i heard of this was first 2 phone calls this year, a email and now a sms. I will myself institute legal action.
