Whats the use of surveillance cameras in Ackerman

My parcel was at the pay point. i was about to pay then i noticed a took a size smaller, the cashier asked me to change the size and she was going to wait for me to come back. it took me less than 2 minutes but when i returned to the pay point she was busy assisting someone. i waited for her to finish then i went to pay for my stuff. when i finished paying my parcel was not there. i asked them to check their surveillance record bt i got no assistance. all i was told was sorry we cant assist u coz it was not a staff member who it.
