Claimed for a cellphone from insurance and received it on 02/11/2013 however it was a faulty handset so I took it back to the store on 04/11/2013.I reached the store just after 1pm and only left after 3pm. I did not receive the relevant documentation for my handset, I was not treated with respect instead I felt like I was being made a. The cellullar consultant Rosanne had seen the faults on the phone yet she denied it in the presence of her manager. When I asked them to call their head office from their store, they wanted to give me the number to call instead of calling, I had to tell them to do it and it took a period of 45 minutes for them to do that. I spoke to a male named zubear from head office however he didnt know about cellphones, I was told by vanessa that zubear told her to make a statement saying they tried their best to help me and leave it like that. Iam so sick of this I have already spoken to 4 people in head office and I'm still not satisfied. Within 7days its a guarantee not a warranty, I feel that my rights as a customer are truly being violated by this company. I am disgusted with the service and I will inform everyone about my terrible experience in this store
