I was involved in a smash and grab, less than 30 minutes after speaking to my insurer I received a call from Charmaine. She was friendly, empathetic and let me know every step of the way regarding progress.
Yesterday I phoned her as I needed proof of replacement for my mobile insurer and I received an e-mail within 20 minutes with all the info that I could possibly need!

I think we can all agree that speedy service like this these days is an oddity apart from a few exceptional people like Charmaine!
