Sold my Medicines which I had paid fo

I have a prescription for Effegen which is an anti depressant and if you don't take it it has severe withdrawal problems. Claremont did not have enough stock, so sourced the balance from Tokai. I paid for all the pills at Claremont and they phoned Blue Route and gave them all the details, including the details and emphasized that I had paid for it (which Tokai could see on their computer system as they had the reference number).

When my husband went to collect the pills today they had sold them to someone else! And they were not even apologetic...

Now they have sourced the balance from Tygervalley and they will send them to Claremont where I will fetch them. Not good enough... what if I didn't have pills for tonight and suffered from withdrawal?
