BAD ATTIUDE/ RUDE / BAD SERVICES

The owner refused to exchange or refund a faulty product. i bought a cool-bag on Saturday morning and when i used it that night, it was leaking. i returned it today (Tuesday) and he refused to take it back. he told me that it is not his problem and he doesn't take responsibility for his suppliers. he was rude and he had no respect for his clients.
