Only getting more disappointed by the day

Still no feedback on the account... No proof that it has been sorted out... Surname still not changed the way that I signed the contract... No apology for admitting me to debt collectors for R6.03... My name still not clean because of Bradlows negligence... I have send them the proof of payments 4 times already... They are just hopeless and will never do business with them again... Fed up and dont know what to do anymore... Just no feedback received...
