Bradlows
Defrauded of Installments

Guys listen to my story and trust me; fiction does not come this close. Although I faltered a bit in the early stages of my HP installment, I have been paying my accounts regularly in a bid to settle the account in full quickly. Unbeknown to me, someone from the Bradlows credit department took advantage of the fact that I had faltered earlier and was no longer allocating my payments to my account. To my shock, my bill kept increasing in spite of all my payment. To avoid further accumulation of the debt, I went to the Bradlows Randburg branch to close the account first (to stop further accumulation of the debt) and investigate afterwards. Despite producing proof, the branch could not account for most of the payments. Now this is the horror part! Whilst Bradlows was taking my money, they were backlisting me on the Credit Bureau. Talk of being double!!! I only realised this when my home loan application was turned Down.
