Unhappy custome

I brought a lounge suit at furniture city menlyn branch, I'm complaining about their warehouse or delivery company, from friday the 25th I was told they'll deliver on a tuesday the 29th of january, I even received a call from them this morning that they'll deliver later today, but I still have not received my suit and no call was made to me regarding the inconvenience. I'm disappointed in the service I'm receiving hence I brought the suit in cash, I dnt even know why I'm struggling to get them delivered on time as promised by them.
