Dear CEO of Edgars

I have had an account with you for over 25 years
A GOOD ONE I BELEIVE

On sat i purchased my daughter a gift voucher of R500 and my wife some jewellery of approx R1650 at sandton
she did not like the jewelery so i returned same and purchased a ring value R2199
On Sunday I was accosted at Edgars Fourways treated like acriminal embarrassed in front of customers taken to accounts and told my account was blocked for.
The gentleman at yyour head office i was rude condescending and it was a shocking experience as were the stares and sniggles from your staff at accounts re this gentleman who had done something wrong

It took over an hour to resolve and Ii left your shop very very angry to the point now of considering legal action
The ring was returned my balace owing is tinl and i dont beleive you will see us in edgars again
I would like a senior GM at Edgars to explain and apologize to me and my wife for this behaviour

We were not even close to my card limit

ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE
I await a response urgently
We reserve the right to take legal action
