After purchasing a bmx bike for my kid then getting home only to find out that the handlebars where not in the box, we sent a email to the store and Marieta went above what i ever expected and got the handlebars for the bike and saving a small child's birthday and ensuring he gets his present. Thanks you very much for all the assistance with this matter and when saying you where going to phone back doing so, never once did i have to phone or follow up on the matter, she is a star, if this is how all staff at your company can be, it will not be long and you will be the top brand in SA. well done living up to your slogan :)
