Shocking shopping experience

On my I home I dicided to pull out and grap some few frozen stuffs from Piick 'n Pay Midway Mall. I got in and I went straight to the frozen vagetables and grap two packs and quickly went to cashier counter to pay. Well a lady by the name Dineo was on till point chatting with another of which I think she was packer. Never got greeted she jst took my stuffs and scan them with a face expression of jst get rid of me. While was scanning I asked her why you is so untidy on your refrigirators section. She said well but you did manage to buy these things and you are complaining as if u saw some "" in ther... Eish was speechless... she continued talking how ungratefull I am cos they have wht I bought. I so unwanted on that I felt like an ant... Welll the conditions were not good at and I felf that I should inform abt it as a pick n pay client..we my veiw was crashed cashier whom I think she doesnt even kwn wht customer service is and as well as meaning. I decided to return all of the items I bought. Gugu tried to help bt it was too for. Once again its my second shocking experience I got from pick n pay... Guys... Realy is this wht u teach your cashiers on yo ealy morning meetings...
