No decency to tell me why I can't use my credit

We went shopping at the new Game store in Secunda mall. When we got to the time to pay, there was an issue. The till operator called what looked the the manager responsible for resetting or entering codes into till machines. She just came, had a look at the screen and said something in Xhosa to the till operator and left. The till operator then told me I can't purchase as I didn't make a payment, but I made a payment the day before, I fact I had a lot of credit Ti buy on. The manager can't even greet us, explain to us why we can't buy, a decent person with customer satisfaction in mind will explain in a language understandable to a customer what's going on. We get this kind of attitudes often in Secunda, is it out color? Are they told to be extra friendly towards whites as this is what most people you talk to will conclude??? I bet of I shouted and made a scene I'd have had more respect? I'm definitely NOT buying there again and I'm telling my family and friends about the poor service and basic manners at Game Secunda
