No communication on order/poor service

I had an issue with a steelseries headset that was still under warranty. After a lengthy back to back email, they agreed to pick it up and check out the issue which was around the 15th June. After sending multiple emails and posting on their Facebook page, I was finally replied to on the 28th August about any sort of information about, and that they would be following up with it with the supplier. After this, there was absolutely no contact after I have sent multiple emails and postings on their Facebook page, I have received NO REPLY AFTER NEARLY 4 MONTHS.

A second issue I have had, is that I had recently decided to give them a second chance and order a Hard Drive Mechanical Keyboard. Payment was made on Wednesday (30th October), but I have received absolutely no information about the shipping whatsoever. No confirmation email nor any shipping details, and no invoice about the payment.

The invoice number is: 31688 and 38124 respectively, if anyone wants to follow up on it.

Absolutely terrible service from a company I have made several successful purchases in the past, of which I have come to expect a standard of service that has just dropped to putrid levels.
