Bad attitude from manager and no darn help!

We bought a 40 inch Led Samsung smart tv in May 2013, this was for our bedroom so that our 3 kiddies could watch tv at night. 5 months down the road, the tv just went blank.
I took it into Makro immediately and asked for the manager. She, I think her name was shereen, gave me such attitude which made me even more angry. From previous experience, when something is sent in for repairs, they say it's a 6 week repair period, however I know this is never true! Last time I waiting 3 months until I laid a complaint on hello peter to get some action. I told the manager that I want a new one, as it's only 5 months old and I can't let me leave my kids (aged 3, 4&5) to not watch their movies. In the end the samsung sales person was far more helpful. It went in for repairs for 2 weeks, we got the SMS on Wednesday to collect the tv, which never came back in its original box as I brought it in. I had a fantastic surprise to get home and see that the tv still has the same problem!! Frustrated, we took it back the next day. We have been told that it will only be replaced after the 3rd repair. This is unacceptable! Makro get yourselves sorted out as I have had enough of problems with you products!
