2 Month wait and many

Firstly my laptop was and is under full warranty and the lady responsible to phone back and fourth was completely helpful and apologetic that her Manager or person she reports to was utterly useless.

I spent 2 months waiting for my laptop which i have just received.

All apparently needed to be repaired was a heat sink.

First i spent three weeks before they called me and bothered to say my laptop wasn't under warranty and accer would not repair it, then it went on for a week before they sorted out who would pay for it to be repaired.
This took two weeks and finally i was phoned again that i'd have my laptop by the end of the week but behold Friday came and past and no laptop. Took another week then finally they admitted it wasnt repaired and still had to be repaired and id receive it by Friday again, Friday came and still nothing, finally i got email proof that Accer had sent it off and i'd have it by Monday the 28/01/2012, Monday came and guess what. No laptop.

Its the 29/01/2012 and i've finally received it. (I sent it in on the 10/12/12)

How on earth can Incredible Connection handle situations like this. Not once did a manager phone or bother to explain there service.
