Bargain Tents
COMPLAIN

I ordered for a 1000 seater from bargain tent in September 9 2012, it was supposed to be divided into 4 parts.two 200 seater & two 300 seater. After frequent emails and phone calls, we came to a quotation of $37000.before making payment, my sales rep, Fazila constantly called me to make a deposit. I trusted her and even instead of making the 50% I deposited$21000.The tent was to be manufactured and commence shipping in 21days. But that didn't happen, After many complains, it was finally shipped and I received on December 22nd, 4 months almost to the date of order. The tent had been packed in cling film and it looked mishandled.i could right away tell it was missing the sketch & manual. Despite asking for a manual for over 2 weeks, we have up & sort assistance from event companies. We rented grounds and as soon as we put up the tent, it had wrongly been designed the quality was the lowest and all the measurements were wrong & the design. I alerted Fazila & she said as soon as her boss came back, Mohamed she would follow up. He accepted responsibility but since we flew back they are not responding to calls, texts, emails on shipping it back
