Since I ordered a Smart device from FNB I followed their Hello Peter page. I realised how poor their service was. For some crazy reason I thought I would be a lucky client. Oct 5, 2013 I order a Tablet which went quite smoothly receiving all the text about delivery and just keeping me in the loop. Some time later I received a txt saying they out of stock and they'd let me know when they have stock. Time went by still nothing until, I called them to hear that they will only get stock in mid Nov. I then cancelled my app and reapply for a diff product which they had in stock. 2 days ago I received a text saying they will call me for delivery details which did not happen. I then called them yesterday to say I did not receive your call, they then took my details saying I will receive my device today before 1pm. as you can see it's after 1pm. I called them to hear what's happening just to find out they have a stock take today, in the middle of the day, and that their staff did not no about.
How can your service be so poor for such a long time and continue to do the same thing over and over. It does not make sense to b so incompetent while being "the most innovative bank".
