Don't ever give your email address to Bride & Co

I was trying on wedding dresses at Bride & Co and they gave me an information sheet to fill out. I filled the thing in, stupidly adding my email address. I made sure I ticked the boxes that say I DO NOT want any communication about special offers etc. Sadly it seems they have sold my email address to a hundred places. I keep getting emails about guest houses, photographers etc, with about 20 other email addresses CC'd in every time. Very unprofessional Bride & Co!
