The Cancellation of a wedding dress

This matter refers to the dispute between myself and Bridal Gallery regarding the Cancellation of a wedding dress. As per verbal agreement on the first fitting date where we noted and discussed where the dress was torn and had to be repaired, while giving me the assurance that you are able to do the repairs and that it will not be visible. You assured me that on the 17 October, the date of my next fitting, the dress will be ready.
Your neglect to comply with this verbal agreement had caused me incredible stress, as I arrived, to find the dress was not repaired, and the other repairs was done with poor workmanship, as the repairs was obviously visible. This was a week before my wedding day, and although you assured me that "no one will even notice it", it is not what I paid for, not what I was assured of it would look like, and it was very much visible in front of the dress. I am hereby claiming back my full payment of R3500.00 for the dress I never wore, due to you negligence.
