Bad custumer service

Last week we both received a call from the store representative as we have been loyal paying customers of this particular branch in Vermulen (Pretoria)/Retail company. While I was busy with Andries one of your staff members, my partner had to use the store toiled as she was pressed but was made to feel small just for asking for a mere toilet. She was ridiculed, Embarrassed in front of everyone with some of her colleagues laughing at her.

We took leave from work to visit the store just for my partner to be ridiculed by a member of your staff. I will never use this store Or one of JD group stores again.
