I recently posted a complaint regarding Unilever's OMO competition. SMS the reference nr and you get a voucher for one of three things. After they resolved my first complaint, within 2 days, I attempted to enter again - I did on the other hand buy a few of these products and was told I could enter with each one. This time around I received more electronic prompts. Great, quick and easy UNTIL the message came to say you will be phoned shortly to make your booking. OK, bookings, I can work around that - if only they would call!
