Non-response to competition on OMO washing powde

I bought a packet of OMO washing powder at Clicks and there was a competition advertised on the front of the packaging. I have tried to enter the competition on numerous occasions by entering the code printed on the inside of the packet. When I enter the code as directed on the back of the packet I am advised that an invalid format and when I tried to phone the number regarding terms and conditions nobody answers the phone line. This is extremely frustrating and would seem to be false advertising. I would like to claim my prize / either a movie ticket or a meal voucher at Adega. Kindly contact me as a matter of extreme urgency.
