Great attitude. Great customer service

I called to speak to someone in the paint department and was on hold for a really long time as the line in the department was busy. The switchboard operator suggested that I leave my details and she will get the info I need and call me back. I was hesitant to do so as the Richards Bay branch is famous for terrible customer service however getting frustrated with waiting for so long I decided to leave my details. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back with the information I required. I might be mistaken with the name but I think the lady's name is Ntando. She is an asset to your store and responsible for the first positive customer service experience I've had since moving to Richards Bay. I think her skills are being wasted on the switch board as her commitment to her word is characteristic of a leader. She could really move your store forward in a world where customer service is non existent. We need more people like her in business.
