This is just not nice

I tried opening a account hear and after almost 2 weeks and sending people of russels out to come and see the company is real. Then the decline you for something diffrent then to the reason that they actually said was over. This ia really not nice. They give you hope and then they can't even phone back and give you a valid reason for declining you. Really
