VERY POOR SERVICE RECEIVED

I purchased a 6 seater dining set end of Sep 2012 at the Springfield branch valued at about R23000, we made some changes with the sales person who agreed to do what we requested. The initial delivery was delayed due to the truck drivers strike, delivery was made about a month later on 20-Oct-2012 which I had to wait till 16:00 for it, we received a set that was not done according to how it was promised to be done, chairs & table was made incorrectly, I notified the sales person who came & inspected it with the Customer Care Manager & agreed that it was not made correctly, after going back & forward I agreed to accept the table as it was going into December & I would have only received it in January, so I agreed to redo the chairs that was not done properly (2 & 1 was damaged), on 15-Dec-2012 the delivery came threw with the WRONG chairs, I was extremely furious but could not do anything as the factory was closing, I contacted the store manager who then told me some of the request made for the table could not be done & he will contact me when the factory opens on 21-Jan-2013, today is 29-Jan & no feedback.
