Waiting for our Parcel - GE296422238GB

Our parcel arrived in JHB on the 3rd of Februarie. Still in JHB today 11th Feb. We phone and send mail, they wait for invoice from sender. Sender Joyce UK assure us they send the parcel with 6 copies. In the past We receive several parcels from Joyce, via DHL without any problems. We offered to send them a copy of the invoice, they said they would mail us all they need. Untill now we received nothing. We need the parcel, the courier company have got there money, but they don't deliver and they don't contact us.

We don't know TNT, but sure next time we'll asked Joyce to use DHL instead.
