Duped By Baby Furniture Provider!

Ordered furniture for my baby's room in August 2012.
Paid a 50% deposit and had to wait a while to get the first batch in. Was told it was due to the transport strike. Waited and waited for confirmation that the second batch was ready to be delivered. Was told in November it was ready.
Paid the balance 50% ahead of delivery as per our contract. Was told it would be delivered end of November. Waited and it didn't show up.
Sent an email 09 Dec, was told it would take another week to be ready. When I showed concern as I'd been informed it was ready, I was told it would be delivered on the 19th of December. Nothing came.
I chalked it up to the holidays and waited to receive in the new year. I've called and called and also sent emails. The numbers don't go through and the email receives no response.
I have been duped by Cristina Alves.
