There is never stock when you run a promotion

I don't recall a time when you had a promotion and you had stock (Buccleuch branch). It seems like this is done deliberately to attract customers to the shop because it happens all the times. This is in violation of the consumer protection act (and you know this very well). On the 23rd Oct I went to the Buccleuch branch to buy things you had advertised. There was no stock - I wasn't surprised. I then decided to drive to the Sunninghill branch. After getting stuck in traffic for around 30 minutes, I got there and they also didn't have stock.
This is appalling!
