I dont have a specific incident but can confirm that I use Citymob often as a platform to buy specials and all of my dealings have met my expectations, generally my parcel is delivered free of charge within 24hours. The one time I had a query, there was no aggression, there was an apology and my parcel delivered to my door within 24hrs. I believe that people dont remember the problem, they remember how it was resolved so I have only good things to say about this platform WELL DONE especially in a world where there is a serious lack of service, i am most impressed with theirs.
