Loan without my concern

I took a fridge at Town Talk Kuruman and they said head office will contact me, when I received a call from "head office" it was African Bank and I told the lady on the phone that I don't want anything to do with African Bank and she said to me is just confirmation not that its african bank but Town talk head office. I kept receiving smses from african bank and now they want me to call them after I sent emails with no response, I cannot pay R20000.00 for something that cost R13000.00 and I didn't sign up for a loan.
